Hello and welcome! This is a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental educational space. All are welcome here. This space is designed to help foster knowledge growth, increase self awareness, safely scaffold new skillsets and empower oneself with your chosen content.
There are a range of courses and tools for all levels of knowledge bases covering a variety of situations, ranging from general mental wellbeing and relationships to specialised content like domestic and family abuse and sexual assault, systems abuse and specialist demographic groups.
You are warmly invited to see which course feels right for you and to get in touch with me at any time.
Each course has been uniquely designed for individuals or working professionals. These specialist courses have been crafted based on real world experiences: the most commonly asked questions and concerns in therapy and supervision have been collated into these topics. These courses are one of a kind because you are given a behind the scenes look into real world issues that people bring to therapy and supervision. You will be given access to enormous amounts of specialist content that would normally require months of one on one therapy or supervision. In these courses, you will have access to this information and skills building in one click.
Why me?
· Specialist Experience - You get the benefit of a mental health therapist, family violence specialist, as well as the training background of a social worker, and a Queer person.
· Dual Approach - You will get a dynamic combination of content information and practical skills training in each course or package.
· Relevant & Nuanced – We are packaging up all the most commonly asked questions, concerns or topics from individual therapy sessions, so that this is relevant. I get to hear what people are going through and needing answers to.
· Real – You will get access to my specialised knowledge presented in a real-life way. It is translatable and relatable. People want to hear from someone like themselves.
Specialist Courses - FINAL STAGES
Want to learn in the privacy of your own space? We know that sometimes talking to someone can be a bit intense in person, waitlists and times are long and it can be hard to sort out the logistics of making appointments, travel, child minding, working around work and many of life's other challenges.
We also know that it often helps reduce some of the worry attached to seeing a therapist if people feel they can control the amount of information they receive, how they receive it and when they receive it. If you relate to any of this, have a look through some of these courses or resources to see what might suit your situation.
